Kimura Racing is an all-encompassing racing company with over 50 years combined experience. The team specialise in a variety of areas in the racing industry across sponsorship, athlete representation, sim racing and content creation. At Kimura Racing we are looking to bridge the gap between the physical and virtual world of racing and bringing motorsport into the future.
Oliver has over 20 years’ experience of working in sport and entertainment. He has worked at a variety of diverse companies including, Ministry of Sound & the Lotus F1 Team. Having worked for the rights holder, the brand and agency side he has managed and led businesses and projects with global reach. He spent 9 years in Singapore where he broadened his experience and network in Asia and Australia. Oliver is a commercially minded and creative business leader who understands the requirements of brands as they curate interactions with their customers through sport and entertainment.
Peter Brooking - Operations Director
Peter has 8 years’ experience within financial services across a variety of industries. He has worked at a variety of companies including, Deutsche Bank, UniCredit & Den Norske Bank. Peter has a 1st Class BA Honours in Business (Major) & Psychology and holds a CFA UK Level 4 Certificate in Investment Management, and he has also played sport to a national level. Peter is driven on providing operational efficiency and ensuring clear governance for all entities under the Kimura Performance umbrella.
Simon Sanderson – Managing Consultant
Simon worked in publishing on Autosport and F1 Racing Magazines at Haymarket Media Group which included three years at Haymarket Exhibitions running shows at the NEC and Olympia. Six years in Tokyo running the Japan office with Haymarket Network, a contract publishing agency for Toyota Motor Corporation aligned to their F1 programme. Then direct motorsport appointments with Prodrive/Aston Martin Racing, Gulf Oil International, and at Chicane Marketing running a four-year sponsorship and activation programme for work wear specialist Dickies Europe in the British Superbike Championship
